Terrible place! Do not recommend if you are trying to get your tires changed! They broke a lug nut inside and removed the other one . They claim my tires had missing lug nuts when I have picture proof that I had all 5 on my tires! They decided to lie and not tell me that they accidentally broke the lug nut! They don’t own up and tell you straight forward. Owner told his worker to ignore me and walk away! Worst experience ever I highly do NOT recommend!

I recommend this tire shop because they treat you like family. I'm not computer savvy and I'm not digital card Savvy at all and so my Navy Federal sent me a digital card. I came to PANTAS TIRES SHOP today to get my back passenger tire repaired. When it was time to pay I couldn't pay off of my digital card because I thought I activated it and I thought everything was done but it was something about when I called Navy Federal that I had to get a digital person to help me pull up the wallet and put it in the wallet just a whole bunch of stuff and Luis the owner said don't worry about it and payed my bill. Thank you USA Pantas Tires👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽👋🏽🙂

I walked outside to a flat tire, and these guys came and put on my donut to my house, then trusted me enough to come back to the shop when my kids dad came home to come get a new tire!! And they charged me way less than I thought! I was in and out in maybe 15 mins. Granted it started pouring rain but these gentlemen got right to work and did amazing!!! Thank you so much I won't go anywhere else for my car needs!!! I wanted to add that this is the best shop in East Chicago hands down! The owner is such a sweet and understanding guy!! I will not go to anyone else!!
